All Securikey products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery against faulty parts, materials and workmanship.
In the unlikely event of a product developing a fault please use the Contact Us facility on the web site or contact our sales office on telephone number below.

Dependent on the product and the type of fault, we will advise how best to proceed. Product may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.


This policy refers to products purchased online from this website only. If you purchased via any other route, please refer back to your retailer for advice.

What we will accept back as a return

In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Securikey operates a 7 day no quibble cancellation and return policy for goods bought on the website.

If you wish to cancel your order and return any product for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions for return. Securikey may at its discretion accept products back outside the 7 day no quibble period if they are faulty. We will not however accept claims of damage in transit or products not meeting their description outside that period.

To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please use the Contact Us facility on this website quoting your original order number and reason for return. Alternatively, contact our sales office on telephone number 01252 311888. We will supply a Returns Authorisation Number and provide advice on how to return your product.
