    • Stockist (Please clarify the criteria a stockist would need to meet e.g. minimum stock holding etc)
      • A selection of our branded products on display from 3 product groups.
      • Sign and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including payment terms.
    • E-Commerce Partner Scheme – When looking to join as an E-Commerce partner you will need to meet the following criteria:
      • A minimum of 2 Years of Trading.
      • Resellers to offer a selection of 30 products from 3 of our product groups.
      • Sign and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including payment terms.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • How quickly can I get up and running as a distributor?

         Usually, 14 days to allow for a face-to-face meeting to take place.

    • Is there a minimum stock holding or call-off requirement?

         No, however, in order for us to recognise and promote you as a distributor you need to be an active participant across 3 product groups.

    • Do you offer product training to distributors?

         Yes, via our representatives.

    • What are your standard product warranty terms?

          12-month guarantee with the option for customers to extend to 3 years at product registration.

    • What are distributor account payment terms?

          30 Days from the date of invoice.

    • Will you speak directly with my customer if asked

         Of course and CC you in provided the conversation is not confidential or of a sensitive nature.

    • Are you able to accompany me to the site to meet customers and survey, if required?

    Yes, given adequate notice, we have 3 field sales representatives who can do this on your behalf.
