Securikey has taken out a contract with leading parcel company DPD so that customers can benefit from the convenience of even more advanced delivery options. In addition to Next Day Delivery, DPD offers a text service whereby they will text or email the recipient on the same morning to give them a one hour delivery window, meaning the customer can plan around a precise delivery time. If this date is not convenient, customers can reply to the text or email to change it. Parcel tracking is also offered through the DPD website, so customers can monitor their package from the time it leaves the depot at 7.00am until its arrival, providing ultimate peace of mind.
